Bethany Air came to my home and installed brand new central air / heating unit in my home Completely from scratch What could have been a very annoying and drive you out of your own home experience turned out to be nothing of the sort They were professional, accommodating, proficient and patient They completed the job in ten days from start to finish and I am SO HAPPY! The air conditioning works perfectly and is so cold! Which is just the way I like it! On December 2nd 2016, I woke up freezing and confusedI couldn't figure out why I was so cold and where the cold air was coming fromUpon investigation, I realized my heat was out! 1/9/17 woke up and found out my heat had gone out. It was 5:00am and freezing. I called Bethany Air and a live person answered the phone!! The Service Tech came to my house at 6:30am by 8:30am I had heat!!! The bill was very reasonable, the technician was fantastic. Bethany Air is the only HVAC company I will use moving forward.

In 2015 I made the rash decision to move into a new home that was not equipped with an HVAC system. Being 6 months pregnant and tight on funds I decided to hire a company who gave me a "too good to be true" quote. Needless to say, it was a huge mistake. My furnace was not properly installed and they made a complete mess on my freshly painted ceiling. I had no other choice but to seek help from another company.

After doing some investigating, I came across Bethany Air. I called them & explained my situation and told them I needed assistance as soon as possible. To my surprise, someone came to my house that very day to do an assessment. The employee was highly educated on the systems and explained to my exactly what I needed to do to solve my issue. I had an emailed quote that very day & installers out that same week. They were very prompt, clean and professional. I cannot express how much I appreciate Bethany Air, its employees, and the services that they provided.

Bethany Air employs the most professional and courteous employees. When you call for an appointment, they schedule you quickly. On the day of the appointment, they call before they come to tell you they are on their way. They are friendly and courteous and get right to work. They answer your questions. They let you know if there is additional cost and work that needs to be done before they do it. Each employee puts the customer first. I think it's the best company I have experienced in a very long time that puts the customer first. I commend the owner for hiring the best people and for training them well and instilling in all of them that customer service is primary. Recently, I had the annual service done on our AC. I commend the technician, Kevin, for his professionalism and courtesy. I commend Debbie, who schedules appointments and takes calls, for her consistent efforts in accommodating and ensuring that we, as customers, are always taken care of and provided with the most effective service.
