Review: I received an email on March 6, 2013 from BLS Limo Group Inc. stating for 4 hrs I would be charged $120.00 per hr. for a 4 hour minimum. On March 23, 2013 the driver [redacted] arrived early at my residence. At approximately 6:20 PM we left to pick up the rest of the party at [redacted] which is no more than a six minute drive at most. We left for [redacted].
At approximately 9:20 PM we were finished with dinner and an hour ahead of schedule. The driver ask me what did I want to do and I told him to head back to DC. I was very watchful of my watch keeping the time. Around 10:15 we were in the downtown area of DC and I asked the driver to head home. He dropped me off on [redacted] at 10:20 PM. I did not go over mt time . I also invited the driver to dinner with us along with a $50.00 dollar (extra) tip. I contacted my credit card company and BLS Limo on Wednesday morning March 27,2013. I am requesting a refund. I have a copy of the email from BLS Limo ([redacted] if you need it.Desired Settlement: I want a written refund and a letter of apology from [redacted] who sent me the email with the price quote telling me this was an all inclusive price and that I would not be charged anything extra.
