I had a horrible experience with Bethany P [redacted] photographyShe was unprofessional, ignored phone calls, text messages, and emails for approx months after our weddingShe overcharged us on our gallery, and our final invoice as wellShe didn't get us our photos until almost months after our wedding, and I am aware of brides that never got their wedding photosI would tell any bride, or customer to look elsewhereNEVER use this photographer

the pictures are LOVELY, the customer service is not Bethany will say she's coming to show you pictures and not show She will continue to take other jobs while not finishing yours I had heard negative comments before and thought I would be treated differently I'm heartbroken over the loss of memories

She overcharged us on our gallery, and our final invoice as well. She didn't get us our photos until almost 8 months after our wedding, and I am aware of brides that never got their wedding photos. I would tell any bride, or customer to look elsewhere. NEVER use this photographer.
