Attached is the account of the events from the veterinarian who attended the cat As owner of the practice I would also add the following:We make every attempt to maintain our facility but there are times when the waiting area is full and pets do eliminate frequently do to the excitement
Even with prompt and thorough cleaning lingering odor is unavoidable until the ventilation system catches up.There was some disagreement between the owners as to the xrays.The xrays were taken to properly as the cats situation and the client was not charged.Fees for any service vary widely from one veterinary clinic to the next The fees charged for a given service are not a reflection of the quality of service provided.I regret that this client did not have as rewarding an experience as we would have hoped but I also do feel the staff and doctors conducted themselves appropriately and professionally
