If you plan to do business with Mr. Jae Park of Bethel Construction (License #B1001564), be absolutely sure you get every last detail of your contract specified in writing--signed and dated, and inclusive of any potential contingencies. When we contracted with Mr. Park for Landscaping and Outdoor Lighting services in late 2015, we found it necessary to ask him redo several components of the project, in order to meet industry codes and professional standards. He resisted every request. In the end--despite several attempts to work things out amicably--we had to hire another contractor to make repairs and complete the project, because we no longer trusted his ability to perform the tasks for which we'd paid him.
