Response:Hi I was notified by mail ( Po Box)I only check our PO Box occasionaly during the Winter months I am requesting a few day extension to respond to this complaintI have a series of text messages & photos that were immediately sent to the customer that I was working for (*** ***
***I then spoke to someone I believe the father of ** *** called me and I told him that we were going to fix the problem today since we were getting a heavy snow storm The following dayhe stated that was not the honorable thing to do and that he was going through my insuranceI told him I would send a roofer out to give an estimate he didn't agree he just kept saying he was going through my insuranceI tried to explain to him that it was a very small and not worth it to go through insuranceI told him we were getting snow tomorrow and to please let me at least temporarily fix itWe attempted to do cover up tbe hole temporarily but he told us to get off the roofI have estimates under $to repair the wood and shingles
