Bethel Park Automotive Inc

When I put my car in reverse, I heard a loud noise and knew I was better off parking and waiting for a tow because it was clearly damaged. My bearing broke and something was about to puncture my tire. I called AAA for a tow and luckily got the best man for the job. My car was leaning to the passenger side, fender sitting on tire and the a frame and bearing pretty much about to ruin my front passenger tire.. The man who towed my car was Denny and his boss was Tony. Denny somehow avoided popping my tire (I'd have popped it myself after he tried to put a jack under it to keep my tire safe).. However, he went so much farther he lifted it with his flatbed and made sure my tire was secure and wouldn't get punctured. He arrived at approximately 12:40pm and got my car OFF of his tow truck at approx. 2:10pm. He called in to his dispatchers to notify that the call he was on (me and my car) would definitely take a while. He was personable and I trusted him from the moment he introduced himself. His boss and him both were professional over the phone and the best part??.. HE DIDN'T POP MY TIRE AND SAVED ME ATLEAST $120.00! Idk how most people end up getting towed but I will say this.. I have THE utmost respect for ADI Automotive in Bethel Park, PA and as upset I was that my car had something wrong, I laughed the whole way to my mechanic and I knew the entire time Denny truly cared and if anything would've happened to my car or my tire, he would have been just as upset if not then MORE upset than I would have been. I truly thank Denny, Tony and ADI Automotive Bethel Park, PA. :)
