Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because almost everything in that message was a lie and I can prove itDuring one of my dealings with Alex, alex had told me the owner won't do anything to help you, and that the owner makes his employees pay for their accidents out of pocketSo in light of that I recorded my first conversation with the owner and our phone conversation will show you who's telling the truth and what type of person he isAlso my neighbor was there along with his son, and my wife and my mother where there as well and are all willing and able to comment and testify to what happened that dayYou can even tell in his story he is lying, he said I told them to knock down my fence with their truck but then I told them to repair itThat's ridiculous! The reason they said they would repair it is because they broke it and it's their faultIt was a new fence and gateThis owner is a terrible personPlease give me a way to download the recording of our phone callThis guys a lier and a jerkI will be contacting the attorney general and small claims court and l&IThank you for your time Sincerely,*** ***

I have already stated the truths of this matter and have nothing to add.
Ron

Bethel Towings response to this matter is quite different than that of the complaint.
We were hired to move a 40 foot container. yes
I had two guys go and do the job. and both said that the customer stated that they could use the neighbors driveway, the neighbor was not home to authorize it...

so that was not an option.
the driveway was very tight to get into with a 75 foot truck and trailer. Alex attempted to get into the driveway numerous times without being able to fit.
At that point the customer attempted to pull the gate of the way by himself but was unable so, he asked if Alex could just push it over with the truck. He said that he would rather not but if that is what the customer wanted then he would.
As Alex was unloading the Container the customer went out with a chain saw and cut off the post of the fence so that, according to him "it would not damage your trailer".
the customer paid the bill and was so happy with the job that he "tipped" both of my employees.
Alex had some discussion with him and decided to see if he could help him fix the fence.
Alex contacted me and told me what he wanted to do and I felt it was a good gesture.  I contacted my son, who is a contractor and FAR from a drug addict! Alex bought all the supplies to fix the fence and recruited qualified help to repair it. when they arrived to do the repairs for whatever reason they did not want my son to do it.(I wish that I could submit a picture of my son) At that point Alex left and returned the material to the lumber store(which we can show proof of. The customer then called me up and started cussing me out and calling my employees[redacted] liars
and accusing my son of being a drug user. personally, I feel that my employees and my son and myself went above and beyond to attempt to help this guy out. in the heat of the moment he wanted to do whatever it took to get that container into his property. he was told that if we did not fit that it would not be delivered and that is when he began to attempt to tear down his own fence. this gentleman was given options and he choose to take out the pole not us. we attempted to help him repair it. He refused. not sure what else we could have done.  I would be more than happy to have all three of the people on our side of this write statements as to what they were involved in. As to him wanting reimbursement for the job... We did the job exactly as he requested. as for the repair of the fence pole we (even though we did not take responsibility for it) attempted to fix it. if you would like anything further please let me know.  Thank you. Ron

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This business broke my fence beacuse of their own carelessness and beacuse the owner makes his employees pay for their own mistakes, I have not been able to get my fence repaired beacuse the employee who ran into it said that he could not afford to fix it. I have started the process of filing a claim against them in court and will be writing to the attorney general. Thank you Revdex.com for trying to help me with this matter, I personally will never use this company again and I will let everyone I know, to do the same. Sincerely,[redacted]
