Don't have Hillary's clean your curtainsWhen I first called I was given a quote over the phone and arranged for pick upOnly after they had my curtains did they call and tell me it would be $more than the quoteSince they already had them there I said to go ahead even though I felt it I had been bait and switchedThen, when delivered back and hung it was clear that one set had shrunk by at least two inches and the other set had an unstitched hem that I had to repair myselfIn speaking with the owner she said they would take the shrunken set back and lower the hemI then get a call where she said their seamstress would not lower the hem because she thought it wouldn't look goodi suspect they thought it would be too much workThe owner blamed the shrinkage on the fabric yet I was never given any warning that they might shrinkOnly after extensive arguing with the owner and my threat to write a bad review did the owner mention a possible reduction as compensation but that was never offered in the endi had to take them back as is and now they look awful
