December 22, 2016RE: Complaint ID # [redacted] Dear Revdex.com;Regarding the complaint from former club member [redacted] and payment, I have attached backup information regarding the processing error,Our players are given an automatic payment plan option when they registerLast December (2015) for some reason that I could not determine the final payment did not process on about of the people in the programI reached out to those people and they manually completed the final payment.On the same date in they system attempted to process that final payment for those playersAlthough it was a Saturday morning and our office is closed, voided the or so payments that processed and send Individual emails to each person effectedThe payment never fully processed and eventually fell off the accounts in question.Mr [redacted] was notified of this on the same day it happenedI am not sure why he has gone to the lengths to report us or why he had issues with the club in the first placeI am assuming from his comments that his daughter may not have been invited to join a team this year.I feel we handled this issue the best way possible, and other than inconvenient and irritating for Mr [redacted] , he is in no way affected financially by the error.Sincerely,Wendy S [redacted] Bookkeeper

reason that I could not determine the final payment did not process on about 100 of the 600 people in the program. I reached out to those people and they manually completed the final payment.On the same date in 2016 they system attempted to process that final payment for those players. Although it was a Saturday morning and our office is closed, voided the 30 or so payments that processed and send Individual emails to each person effected. The payment never fully processed and eventually fell off the accounts in question.Mr. [redacted] was notified of this on the same day it happened.
