To Whom It Concerns:When *** *** called to schedule her touappointment with James he was already booked for several monthsJames offered to put her in his already heavily booked schedule last minute, and to stay late any day that worked for her and her daughter’s schedules*** *** informed the shop that due to her and her daughter’s work schedule they could only come in on a Friday afternoonWe informed her that the next Friday afternoon available was quite far out and again offered her any evening at 8:00 after business hours to get her and her daughter taken care of as soon as possible*** *** was being fit into James' already heavily booked schedule in an effort to get her and her daughter taken care of as soon as possible.Bethesda Tattoo opens for business everyday at 12:noon, therefore it was not possible to give *** *** and her daughter an appointment before 12:noon.The only contact number *** *** gave us when she originally scheduled her appointment was her work phone number, and then she was frustrated when we called it to reschedule her and she didn’t receive the message before she left her home to drive to her appointmentWe made multiple efforts to reach *** *** at the only phone number she gave us.*** *** then called the shop to reschedule her and her daughter’s touappointment with James and was given many option in his schedule to rescheduleAfter being given many dates and times to chose from, none of which worked with her and her daughter’s schedules, she requested that James call her to reschedule*** *** was called several times by James, the shop manager, and the weekend receptionist at her work number and at the new mobile number she gave us to reschedule and we never received a return call.Sincerely,Bethesda Tattoo, LLC###-###-####Woodmont Ave.Bethesda, MD20814www.bethesdatattoo.com

I am rejecting this response because:When I called to reschedule I was told I needed to take a late evening appointment because James did not have an appointment any other time. I schedule for the very late appointment on a Saturday, which was very inconvenient for us.  We live over an hour away.  That is the reason for wanting an appointment on Friday, which was our day off and before 12n, so we could avoid the traffic.  We paid for a service; we did not get it free, so getting a time that worked for us did not seem unreasonable to me. On our way, we ran into a lot of traffic.  I called to let them know, which was when I found out we needed to rescheduled our appointment.  We were told James was very busy and would not be able to fit us in.  We had an appointment, why didn’t he have time.  We were not told we were being treated as a walk-in when we scheduled.   They said they called me at work to tell me we needed to reschedule.  I gave my work and cell number when I scheduled.  You would think they would call both numbers if they needed to reschedule.  I never received a call on my cell.  I do not work on Fridays, which is when they left the message on my work number.  It was quite clear from the conversation with the person on the phone that we were being fitted in.  Is that how they treat touch-ups, fitting you in? When I called and spoke to the office manager she said she would call back.  I never got a call back, to this day.  I was Never given any options when I called.  I was told she would talk to James and call me back.  As I said, the office manager said she would call back and never did.Regards,
