[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They did not fix the issue with the lights, and would not let me bring it back in to verify that the vehicle still had the same problem. I wouldn't have been asking them to correct it if it was already fixed. The alternator that they installed was either defective, incorrect or installed incorrectly. I paid my own mechanic to change it out and it fixed the problem. The previous work should have been verified by the mechanic that installed it prior to them putting an inspection sticker on it. They also did not fix the issue with the leaking exhaust, this is another problem that should have been addressed during their inspection. There is no such thing as a "small exhaust leak" as far as PA state inspections go. This is a safety issue that should have been corrected. Being sold AS IS does not mean they can just slap a new sticker on a vehicle without doing a proper inspection. Since they are unwilling to work with me through the BBB, I will be filing my complaint with the PA Attorney General and in small claims court. Regards, [redacted] ***
The *** was sold in JuneOur dealership did a PA state safety inspection prior to the sale. The *** passed and new stickers were placed on the vehicleBecause of the age and millage, the vehicle was sold AS IS.A few days after the sale the customer contacted us with a couple of concerns
We informed the customer that the vehicle was sold ASIS but we would address any safety issues. The lights would flicker during night driving, the cause was determined to be a faulty fan assemblyThis caused the ?/C compressor to cycle on and off more then normal, drawing extra power, causing the light to flicker. The correction was to replace the fan assembly, which my shop did, at no charge to our customer. The second concern was for leaks, both fluid and exhaustAn inspection mechanic looked at both leaksIt was determined that neither leak would fail state inspection, nor be a safety issue for the user of the vehicleBoth are very minor and acceptable for an eleven year old vehicle with 116,miles.We are sorry this customer is unhappy with the ***It was sold ASIS, but with new inspectionWe stand behind the safty inspection and took care of the light flicker concernWe do not see the exhaust or fluid leak as being a safety inspection problemOver all this vehiclewas in good and safe condition

Review: Vehicle went into garage for service on front brakes and rotating tires. Day after picking up the vehicle I realized three wheel covers were missing due to negligence of the garage. Notified the garage they said they would make it right and up to this point nothing has been done. I have also contacted corporate and still no results. Date of service was January 31, 201.Desired Settlement: To have my wheel covers replaced
