I hired him to replace my tub and tile in my bathroom and wrote him a check for 3,which is about half the amount of the full job We agreed that he would contact me about a solid date which would be around the end of October Since then, he has not returned repeated attempts to contact him I have tried several working numbers and left messages I have text messaged him without a response I have email him and no response
I now have to file a claim against him to get my money back so that I can hire someone else to actually do the job I paid him to do

Bethlehem Home Repairs, Improvements and Remodeling was contracted on 4/3/to do work at my homeThe work scope included basement work (a full bath laundry room, rec room painting ), tile entry ways (garage and front door landing), new front door, storm door, rear storm door, deck, and finally remodel upstairs bath After numerous calls and postponements the contractor finally started work in January of Work was sporadic and to date is not completed and the upstairs bath not even startedWork was postponed by the contractor in September of He promised to begin again after the holidays in January of Numerous phone calls and e-mails have not been answered or returned No work has started again
