Review: I placed an order online with this merchant/business for golf pin flags. The flags I received were of extremely cheap quality and not what I expected so I returned the items back to the merchant/business for a full refund. All the items were returned via [redacted] insured, with tracking number , with confirmed delivery to this merchant on 3/*. Since that time merchant has tried to claim they didn't receive this return (it was a 3lb box insured for $250) that they signed for with no exceptions and they have refused to communicate timely or professionally with me to resolve the matter. I feel as though they are clearly trying to rip me off and would appreciate any assistance you can give me.Desired Settlement: Full refund.
