Review: I ordered flowers online from Beth's Flowers on the evening of May 30, 2013 to be delivered to my aunt's funeral ( St. Paul's United Methodist Church) before 10 am on June 1, 2013. My family called from the service to let me know my flowers were not there. I immediately called Beth's flowers to report that my flowers had not been delivered. An employee from Beth's flowers said they were having computer issues and apologized. I told them to cancel my order. They said they could deliver something similar to what I ordered to another address free of charge. I gave them the address for [redacted], the son of my deceased aunt. Subsequently, [redacted] reported that my flowers did not arrive at his house until the evening of June 1. I received my credit card statement on July 2, and learned that I had been charged for the flowers. I called Beth's flowers and spoke with [redacted], and asked them why was I being charged for these flowers. She said she would look into it and call me back. I called my credit card customer service to dispute the charge. Later that day, I received a voice message from Beth's flowers saying they would reverse the charge. I received a letter August 3, 2013 from my credit card company saying that Beth's flowers is disputing my dispute and claims that I ordered the flowers on June 1, 2013 and that the flowers were delivered before 11:00am. This information is false. I did not consent to a charge for flowers that were delivered to Mr. [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $146.26. I should not be charged for this. The arrangement I originally ordered was not delivered to United Methodist Church, 6500 Jefferson Hwy, and was not delivered at requested time, before 10 am. I did not consent to being charged for flowers delivered to Mr. [redacted], 3630 Upperline St. which arrived later in the evening of June 1, 2013. Thank you for assisting me in this matter.
