Review: we was at bridgewater plaza at 6:30 pm on 6-28-13 and wanted to eat on there patio but was told no we would have to pay a cover charge for the band that was to start at 7:30 .There staff started to early on cover charges I talked to [redacted] and she told us we could come back and eat on the patio but we would have to hurry and as soon as we was done we would have to leave per her GM [redacted] this was way before 7:30 then she hung the phone up I called back and told me that there was plenty of people eating there alreadyDesired Settlement: Post the rules at all points and make staff aware of said rule's no charging before times

This is in response to complaint ID [redacted]. The guest was correct that we were charging a cover on our outside patio that evening due to having live entertainment. We also have an inside dining room that the guest could have used for dinner and no cover charge who have occurred. We also provide discounts to local residents who like to come out to hear our live entertainment. If the guest would have requested our GM, [redacted], the matter would have been resolved in a positive manner that evening. RegardsBen Hodnett, owner
