Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Betsey Johnson LLC regarding complaint ID ***. I read the policy online and there seems to be nothing clearly stated about price adjustmentsI saw the price drop before I even
received the dress. I was told by the representative that I had the item or had ordered the item too long ago, even though it was a backordered item and not received for 2-weeks. At any rate, I found the customer service to be less than acceptable. It isn't a good business practice to dismiss rudely a request and also not have the policy to back it up. Even if a company is struggling financially or has struggled they should have better policies in place.Sincerely,*** ***

Review: I ordered a dress and it went on sale and BJ said too much time has passed and they will not honor the difference which is over $20. I asked if they would even as a courtesy and they said no. Showed no proof that I was out of the time frame. Not sure how I could be out of the time frame since the item just arrived this week, 5/**/15Desired Settlement: I would like the price adjustment that I feel I deserve. The dress before I even received it via mail had a 30% sale. I asked for the adjustment and was told too much time had passed but the truth is, the item just arrived on Wed.
