Review: I purchased three pairs of earrings using the code PREZ for a discount on all three pairs. When I purchased the items on line it showed the discount. With this company, you can only use one coupon per transition. They offer free shipping on purchases over $50 but since I already used a coupon I did not use the free shipping. Besides, the web site wouldn't let me. When I saw via a email I was charged the full amount for each item and given free shipping I contacted them about this. I wanted the discount for the earrings because it was a much better discount than free shipping. I told them if I couldn't get the discount cancel the order. I was told it was already shipped. I told them since their web site showed the discount and they wouldn't honor it I wanted a free shipping label and was not to be charged for return shipping. I was told that I would also be charged a restock fee. I again contacted them and was told I would have to pay for both shipping and restocking and that they don't honor the discount code I used even though their web site order showed it worked. I was also told it would take two weeks after they received the return items to get my refund. I want my money back immediately AND I want a full refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund with no deductions for restocking or return shipping.

I placed an order from [redacted] online but it was put on hold because, according to the customer service rep and her supervisor, they needed to verify my order - which is fine in regards to payment and address... except they really wanted to find out why I ordered so many things and who I ordered it for. I needed to justify my spending to them before they could ship out my order. I told them I don't appreciate them asking me these questions; what does it matter? They said this is normal and that they don't get many large orders. My order was not large.
There was no real reason my order was not shipped out. In addition to that, she asked me to verify my credit card information. I didn't pay with a credit card, I paid with PayPal. Why didn't they know that? I eventually cancelled the order because I couldn't handle being interrogated about making a purchase For which I was paying.
