address we agreed to do this, our shop did a test drive on the vehicle and put it on the rack to see if there was a concern. We could not duplicate any noises  at the time so we returned the car to her. Subsequently a couple of days later she did have a ball joint fail, for what ever reason we were not driving so we cannot rebut that, but with good will and intent to take care of the customer we paid the tow bill, repaired the car at no charge to its original condition and returned the car to [redacted].During that time we spoke to her and her father they seemed to happy with that result, also we offered to trade her out of that car if she so desired.[redacted] Sales ManagerBetter all Auto Sales[redacted]

Review: First of all the sold me a car that I could not afford no matter how many times I told them I could not afford it and I bought it 6 mos ago and it has been in the shop more than I have driven it. They also said we will fix ANYTHING that's wrong with it I had to pay for the Oil leak that was the last thing, the cabin of the vehicle was filling up with gas smell. They wouldn't pay for that among all the other issues I have had with it the radio just went out and I shouldn't be paying 400.00 a month for a car I cant afford in the first place I just want out of it at this point. Also the car salesman was picking up on me asking me out and very unprofessional. I'm not the only this has happened to around Yakima. Is there anything you can help me with? Beyond mad customerDesired Settlement: I want them to buy the car back from me I want out of the loan. So I can buy something reliable and pay back the 500.00 I paid to get it fixed.

To who it may concern

We do not pressure or force anyone to buy a car. The customer, as an adult makes their own decisions about purchasing and are ultimately responsible to fulfill their commitment with the lending institution.

As far as the salesman's action is concerned, we have no way of knowing what transpired other than the fact that that Ms. [redacted] related to our general manager the fact that she and the salesman had visited each other when they were both hospitalized. We can only assume that a friendship was started that didn't work out.

We have gladly fixed the issues related to the customer's vehicle under our goodwill policy. This is in addition the service contract that was included in the sale.
