This response is in regards to a complaint filed on 05/11/2017 with ID number [redacted].  The individual has completed counseling hours for a DUI in the state of Georgia. Upon her completion, a completion form per the Commonwealth of Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services was faxed to...

the Court Monitoring Center in Jefferson County, Department of Transportation (Kentucky), the individual's Probation officer (Georgia) as well as the Department of Transportation (Georgia) on 05/05/2016 per Kentucky state regulations.  The individual had been contacting a personal phone number rather than the business number violating company policy and state regulation, therefore going unanswered. Upon contacting the business she was informed that the corrections were in progress.  Upon contacting [redacted] Department of Transportation it has been understood that the completion form per the Commonwealth of Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services is not sufficient for the state of Georgia, which we were not informed of causing her license to remain suspended. As of today's date the individual has been contacted to explain the issue and the manner at which the issue will be resolved has been discussed and understood.
