Review: I purchased a [redacted] reconditioned stove 9/1/2014. Delivered 9/4/2014. When item was delivered burner/bibb had been swapped from what was with the item at the time of purchase. I turned all 4 burners and stove on at the same time. Delivery person was afraid it would trip the circuit breakers. Oven use makes all external sides of oven hot to touch and all burns too hot to touch. Owner of business notified. Willing to provide alternate stove. Explained to owner that delivered oven did not have insulation wrap and it was a fire hazard. Notified owner 9/4/2014. 9/8/2014 contacted owner to request delivery of replacement oven by Thursday and asked for working oven that was safe to use. Asked if I could come by shop to test oven first and was informed that he did not have [redacted] available at shop. Replacement oven delivered morning of 9/11/2014 which also was missing insulation wrap. Refused oven. Notified owner by phone call and text message. I have requested a refund, I understand there is a 25% restocking fee. No response from owner. I am concerned that unsafe appliances are being sold that are a fire hazard.Desired Settlement: Receipt states 25% restocking fee for all refunds. I would prefer a refund to a replacement oven at this point. Will accept a replacement oven only if it is proven to be safe and has insulation wrap.
