The elevator at my work, the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Noblesville, got stuck around 2am on 02/04/I called customer service and spoke with a gentleman named EricHe was so professional and so very kindHe was quick to contact a technician for me and get me the help I needed and was still so pleasant after the elevator magically decided to work again on its ownHe even stayed on the phone with me while I climbed up and down in the elevator to assure it was working, in case I got stuck inside Such a great experience! So extremely thankful!
