We needed repairs done to our roof and the side of our house where a tree had fallen, the company was very fast to respond to my calls to have a bid made for the jobI appreciated the only went over our insurance claim with us, making sure we knew what all needed to be done and if we understood what everything meantThey made a very good assessment of the damage and went over the products needed to redo the roof, gutters, and sidingWhen they guys came to take off the shingles and put new ones on, the job was only supposed to take about hours but instead, took almost the whole dayToward the end of day it seemed they were sitting and taking breaks more than workingEventually when they finished the roof it looked very good; they definitely did a very good jobI was told they would come back in the next day or so to finish the trim work and guttersThey did the gutters the next day, but after a few days had not come back to finish the roof trim, after my husband called they came out that afternoon and finishedThe siding was never finished so my husband is having to do that himself The owner did a good job helping deal with the insurance claim, and they did a great job on the roof but it just took them longer than necessary to finish the roof trimming
