Hello there, in response to your last email and after checking my agenda I can schedule an appointment for March 25, (wednesday) in the morning to go and repair the problem in the patio according to the home owner specs ( [redacted] ) complaint ID [redacted] , like everybody knows we had a lot of days of rain these weeks and unfortunately that is not good for the construction business I hope you understand that if this weather continues it will be necessary to re-schedule this appointment.Thank you and I really appreciate your help and understanding in this matter.Lewis A [redacted]

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, I DO accept the response as far as promising to repair the patio, BUT I reject his response as WORDED because I have heard these " promises" time and time again.....They have not complied with their "promises"I want a date and time when they will do the repairs, not just a statement that they "plan" to do it
