We bought a shed from Better Built Barns that they assembled on our property. Right after the shed was installed the shingles began blowing off of the roof. At that time we called John. He was the salesman that helped us with our purchase. He asked us to take a picture and send it to him via text. This was in January 2020. He acted as though it would not be a problem to have someone come out and replace the shingles. He would take care of it. He also said the person making the repair would call us to let us know when they were coming. No one called. Two weeks later I called John and he told me to contact Ashley in Lakewood. She pretty much told me the same thing. Someone would be out within the next two weeks and they would call ahead. No one called. I continued to call John's cell phone but he was not answering when I called. Finally, when I called from a different number he answered. He again told me to contact Ashley. He said he was going to follow up with me. I have never heard from him again. That was in March, 2020. I began to call Ashley each week. She would give me the run around. Whoever I needed to speak to wasn't there or that someone should be out soon to do the repairs. She told me she would have them call me back... Once in May I was transferred to an online salesman that was working in Oregon. He was completely confused as to why they put me through to him. I live in Washington state he was in Oregon and didn't know how to get anyone to help me. He was able to find out that a work order had been placed but he had no idea why no one had come to fix it yet. Better Built Barns has a warranty on their sheds. That is one of the reasons I chose to do business with them. The shed looks terrible at this point. Now the wood that was under the shingles also needs to be replaced as it is warped and pilling off from all of the rain. I want them to quit ignoring this issue and fix the shed I paid for.
