Hello,We have been in touch with the customer and UPS multiple times over the course of several weeks in regards to the missing shipment.The standard procedure used once we are notified of a missing shipment by the customer, is to obtain information from the customer as to his/her search efforts
such as checking with neighbors or others that reside at the location We also confirm a good contact phone number as UPS is to follow up with a call to the customer as well We also inform the customer that the UPS claims investigation process may take up to business days We then contact UPS with the details of the order and the missing contents and value.UPS often will make an attempt to call the customer immediately The claim paperwork is sent to us either by fax or email for completion The claim paperwork is returned to UPS.In this particular case the customer contacted us multiple times in regards to the missing shipment We filed an investigation, which was closed by UPS as delivery being acknowledged by the recipient The recipient did not receive the shipment Per the customer, multiple other packages were delivered to the same address during the same time frame without any infractions We reopened the claim which then restarts the business day investigation period.We apologize for the lengthy process A full refund has been issued and acknowledged by the customer for the order.Please advise if there ae other concerns.Best regards,*** *** on behalf of *** *** *** l Support Services*** Marketing Group

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
