The roof singles were not installed in a appropriate manner and are warped. the roof decking was in decent condition before the roof installion and now is very spongy in many places without any repairs or correction. An appraisal could be available when the installer makes an appearance or contact.

Well I took a look at the pictures and it looks like the tar strips didn't seal, which is a manufacture defect not faulty labor. The other picture I looked at with the decking and the nails coming through, I mean it has to penetrate the decking. If it was an exposed area I could see the concern.
I also just dont see anything wrong with the chimney flashing picture. Maybe its a bad picture.
Since your problem is with the manufacture and not the labor, im willing to help you file a claim with tamko, but im sorry I cant provide you with a new roof. Especially since the only part where the tar lines did not stick is where you have that tree over your house that prevents that part of the roof from getting sun light.
If your roof was leaking, or if animals were getting into your attic from your roof cause of something we did, manufacture defect or no manufacture defect I would be out there to take care of you. But when you are asking for an entire new roof and also getting the Revdex.com involved because some of your tar lines didnt seal down properly, in my opinion is a little much.
If you would like , I can help file the claim with tamko, but at this point thats all im willing to do

The roof has been repaired with the correct materials. The complaint arises from the way the process was handled from the initial inquiry on my part about the incorrect materials. The ridge cap issue was something that was an unnecessary and frustrating hurdle as I myself had to contact the manufacturer of the shingles to verify that the company had indeed installed the wrong color before the owner even contacted his rep at the company. An email sent to me by the owner shows that they invoiced the correct materials which he assured me were installed. The owner initially tried to tell me it was the right one it just looks different depending on what angle you look at it from. Basically, it seems they did literally everything they could to avoid having to fix their mistake, until I called them out on it because I myself had talked to the manufacturer (an unbiased party) who confirmed my suspicions.
