I went to [redacted] to get estimate on my bumper,right skirt, and right lightBefore starting the work I asked him what is the difference between after market bumper and OEM bumperHe said the price differenceI asked if the bumper will fit properlyI had to make to rounds after getting the bumper and the bottom light fixedI got fed up and ended up going to another paint and body shopThey checked the bumper and the skirt that was installedThey said that the buffering of the paint not done correctly, the bumper is not fitted properlyThe gentleman at another paint and body shop asked if the bumper is after market or bought from the dealershipI told the gentleman it is after marketHe said that is the reason why it is not fit properly [redacted] the owner of where I got the bumper, the skirt and bottom light fixed did not mention at all about after market bumper will not be fit properlyI tried to call multiple times after bumper was fixed the 4th time, he has not cont

I took my work truck to change out my water pumpI purchased my parts from the same auto parts store where there technician said THEY purchase theirsI pick up the truck, pay and leaveNext day go to work and the water pump begins to spew all the fluidGet it towedCall them to pick upThey call the next day to say it was a faulty gasketTotal lieif it was defective they should have seen it before installationThey recharged the whole installation plus a new thermostat and gasketThe owner ignored me and sent a mechanic to chargeFelt completely and totally ROBBEDNow I hear a tapping in the engine
