Review: [redacted] told me on my July 9, 2014 visit that she was going to work in Mananass, VA but she would be back in her office until October 2014 because of the prepaid customers. I am one of the prepaids. In January 2014, she offered 10 months at $30.00 each if paid in the month of January. I did that so she owes me 3 months return which would be $90.00.I have called her, sent her text messages and sent emails. She will not respond. She also has all my records which she told me she was going to send over to another chiropractor. I called said doctor and he looked but the records were not sent.Desired Settlement: I would like $90.00 refunded and my records dating back to February 2011.
