was consulted by Dr. [redacted] for her health issues. Dr. [redacted] suggested more treatments are required in order to overcome the issues. As Ms. [redacted] mentioned in her letter a package of 20 visits for the amount of $1200 payment plan with charge of $60 per session monthly as opposed to $75 per session with no interest. Ms. [redacted] decided to have 30 minutes massage plus, 30 minutes of Electro Muscle Stimulation, Ice pack, Rapid Release Therapy, Traction modality. She was charged $50 for chiropractic adjustment which it was not part of the [redacted] package, moreover, she decided to have all these treatments as a sample to make sure whether she wants to carry on with the package that we offered her.May I remind you, we are a professional establishment and 2" on goggle marketing program website in Orange County and we have been working with so many attorneys and Orthopedic Surgeons for personal injury cases for the past 16 years and never had mistrust and dissatisfaction from our patients and I can assure you, this has been our goal throughout our policy.The purpose of our clinic is to support as many people as possible in their quest for health and to educate them about chiropractic so they may in turn educate others.I am enclosing copy of our business card foryou to see how affordable, reasonable is our treatment price to customers.We are so sorry if this has been causing pain, stress, and bad feeling to Ms. [redacted]. This has been a misunderstanding and confusion on her part as opposed to our consultation.In fact we did offer her if she is not happy, she does not have to pay the amount of adjustment.Compassionately, I have decided not to retrieve the $39.00amount from the [redacted] Voucher as a good gesture which it means the 30 minutes prior massage was free which you can research on that.I hope I have explained clearly this matter and I can assure you that there is not a shred of false or untrue statement in this letter.
