Better Hearing has cancelled my future appointments with no rescheduling possible as they will not answer their phone. Problem Dates June, August, September 2013, Purchase date 2-21-13. Model Oticon INO RITE. No order or account #'s Sales Rep was [redacted]. Check #[redacted], Dated 2-21-13, amount $2,590.00 Desired SettlementIn consideration of the $2,590.00 I paid for the hearing aids,I expect Better Hearing Solutions to be available to fine tune,adjust,clean, and answer any questions pertinent to the aids operation. The Oticon Ino Rite hearing aids were delivered on3/13/13 and are still covered by the manufacturer's one year parts and labor warranty. My expectation is that Better Hearing Solutions service the product they sold to me.
