Better Hearing Systems of Ramona

Review: Purchased hearing aids from Better hearing systems on 4/26/2013. [redacted] owner requested full payment on that day. My daughter told him would give 1/2 now and the rest on delivery. Only accepted cash, no credit cards. On 5-8-2013 I picked up hearing aids paid balance. Purchase agreement and law states I have 30 days from receipt of device to to return if device is not satisfactory. The seller must adjust or replace or refund total amount within 30 days of acceptance of return.I returned on 6-7-2013 after 3 weeks of [redacted] trying to adjust to remove constant squeal from left hearing aid, with no success. Received a post it note stating mfg credit was approved and refund will be to you on or before 7-11-2013 ( 30 days). That date is incorrect 30 days from return is 7-7-2013.On 7-9-2013 received by FEDX overnight a letter stating a manufacture refund is not with a cash refund. Due to an unexpected cash crunch his cash flow will not allow him to send refund. Instead of borrowing the money due to me, he thought he would pay me 100.00 interest instead of paying loan institution.Wants me to sign and return this agreement.Desired Settlement: Want my money. Paid in cash just as he requested from me.
