I would like to add more information to my complaint (ID [redacted] )As you know, mold can be dangerous to be aroundWe were anxious to get the test results from the air samples (should have been 3) to determine if it was safe to live inour house until the problem was resolvedThe mold is right in our primary living area so we are constantly exposed.When we did not receive the results after days, I called the number on his business cardThere was no identifyinggreeting - just an unfriendly "leave a message"I left a messageHe called right back from another number wondering who I was and why I was callingHe seemed annoyed and said he would contact the labAfter that he never responded toany phone calls and emailsHe did cash the $checkI can provide a copy/screen shotI can also provide a picture of the mold.Thanks for you help, ***! Customer received their mold test laboratory report on November 30th after complaint was filed.Reason for the long delay was I got hurt on the job, fell off a roofWas on various medications and sent the samples to the wrong address in FloridaPost office took some time to return the package to me and I sent it back out to the correct address

There was no identifyinggreeting - just an unfriendly "leave a message". I left a message. He called right back from another number wondering who I was and why I was calling. He seemed annoyed and said he would contact the lab. After that he never responded toany phone calls and emails. He did cash the $225 check. I can provide a copy/screen shot.
