To whom it may concern:After receiving the complaint, we asked our IT department to troubleshoot the problemThey researched the issue and found a glitch in the national CRM provided by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.Our IT Director found that the unsubscribe request was in the system, but
did not automatically process as it shouldThey then manually unsubscribed his email address from receiving any future messages and we are following up with our national support to troubleshoot the problem so that it doesn't happen again.We apologize for the error and any inconvenience it may have caused. through our lead generation system containing the customer’s name and email.? One of our agents were assigned the lead and sent a email soon after receiving the lead on 5/(attached is an image of the communication history)? 5/30/??" No response was received from initial contact email, therefore a second email attempt was made on 5/? 5/31/??" Agent received a call from the customer asking to be removed from all marketing materials? Agent notified IT Director to have customer removed from any further contact.? Customer’s record in our lead system was updated to reflect request made by customer? 6/1/??" We received a voicemail in our general mailbox from customer and sent him a courtesy email to let him know his request was received and that action was taken to ensure no further email was sent to his email address (see attached for copy of response message)? We also made sure his email was no l***er on file anywhere in our lead system? Please let us know if there’s any questions or concerns regarding this matter to further help resolve this case?
