I am extremely satisfied with the work that Better Homes Restoration did for me when my roof recently needed to be replaced Everyone -- from the salesperson, to the front office, to the installers -- were very professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and efficient When the installers were finished, they cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell they had been there -- except of course for my beautiful new roof!

We did business with this company after most of our neighbors did and they were all very happy with the resultsI don't consider myself difficult, but rather very specific in what I want and the quality I expectAlthough it took me a very long time to make up my mind, they came in did a fabulous job, even though I requested a product that was not the norm They went above and beyond in the transformation of our home with a front porch remodelI put the project off for a very long time until I could find a company that I could put my confidence in to do the work that would make us pleased very time we look at our homeTheir follow up has been top notch, so unusual in this day and age I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again for another task

This was an insurance job completed in June 2012. We only complete the work as indicated on the insurance loss statement any additional work requested is at the customer's cost. In this situation the insurance was paying for ftof gutters to be
replaced on the front of the home. Customer asks to have the gutters replaced on the back of his home at his cost, an additional ft. The gutter boards are wrapped in metal therefore any rot was not visible to the eye. Also there was no conversation about his knowledge of rotting gutter boards and no mention of replacing the gutter boards. It is our intent to always do quality workmanship, had we known there was an issue with the gutter boards, we would have provided an estimate to replace them at that time. In an effort to resolve the problem we have agreed to replace the gutter boards at his cost for the materials. We believe this is more than a fair resolution for the customer

This company has very Nasty customer service. We only received one bill from them and they called threatening to undo the repair that they performed.I would not recommend this company very expensive and lousy customer service.
