This is a referencing closed ticket number ***I originally filed this complaint on Aug 28th and was closed Sep after the company agreed to return the deposit on Aug The money has still not been returnedI have called the business times and left messages on two voice mails and no one ever calls me backWhen I did managed to reach someone they told me I would have the returned money no later than Oct And now no one will return my phone calls or answer the phone during business hours

I have reached out to the customer, and explained what was happening she would like her money back and that is OK with us. we will refund her money and move forward with her project next spring.
