expensive type we had, and informed him that it might be a little more expensive, and that we would probably even be able to come down on a price to help him out. He suggested we sell it, which is not something you can do with new mattresses. I have him on recording stating that there is nothing even wrong with the mattress, but he just wants to return it. The warranty he has states we will fix or exchange the product, not return it. Nobody does that with mattresses. If he did have an issue with his knee from the mattress, we are willing to help him out with getting a new mattress to help the problem. He just wants his money back, and that is not something we can do.
