Customer Service Issues / Service Contract IssuesPurchased a [redacted] from [redacted] (Better Office Business Solutions 8729 Foowler Road Zebulon NC 27597) along with a Service Contract on October 28, 2013. Since the purchase of the goods, I have experienced many technical issues with the copier. I have made numerous attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] for service, but unable to reach him. When I did talk to someone, the person states, "You have the wrong number". (919) [redacted] (o), (704) [redacted] (c).Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund of $500.00 for purchased Service Contract, that has not been honored.
