I ordered driver belts from Better Outdoor Products over a week ago and then I tried to contact them to find out the status of my orderThe [email protected] does not receive emails, I tried four timesAnd, their home page says contact us at: ###-###-#### anytime you like, but it is a message that tells you to contact them through their email address, then hangs upTheir Home Page says, "We're Back" what do you mean we're back? Where did you go? How do we get parts for our mowers if you leave again? Why won't you answer your phone? Why does your email address not work? Where are my belts you charged my credit card for?? Unbelievable
