Hello, I had responded to your email asking if we would accept the business's reply, which was to resolve the matter this past Saturday. We accepted that reply, but he never showed up on Saturday or Sunday and we've not heard from him. My mom (the customer) is a senior citizen, 88 years of age - we are now wondering if that business is scamming seniors? So, now you show the case as "closed". Please advise as to what we should do now...open a new complaint? Thank you,
