Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
I want to continue with the complain because:1.- I didn't receive any email from Revdex.comI don't know if it went thru the spam file, thatr's why I called to find out my case and somebody told me that it was closedTo reopen it she told me to sent an email which I did on March 6, 2017.2.- The reason I want to continue with this is because I am not agree in what they did to meThey makes me sick, they just want moneyThe respond from them (email you sent me), it is wrongbecause when "***", contact me, he introduced himself and he offers me a free trainee class for one hourI said, well if this is free why not? I took it, and then we talked about the plans that they offer and the monthly paymentsI said to him, Not thanks because I am unemployee, I can not afford to pay that.amount every month for one yearHe was very consistent with that, he told me nice things about the training and the great results, and I asked *** if I can just pay one monthI was clear at him, I remarked many times that I can not pay one yearFinally he said, one month is ok, and we proceeded with the one full payment of $ When I got home and check my bank account statement, I saw a charge of $145??? I called him why? He said he charged me the registration fee, he never mention thatI was upset and he said he will give me $back, not big deal, which never happensThen he sent me an email about the contract and another email about a programImmediately I told him that I don't want a contract, I just want ONE MONTH!! He said it's ok and he change the subject and bla bla bla, he said don't worryI never signed any contractThen somebody else traineed me for minutes, I was surprised because I thought it was one hourNext two weeks I cancel the following appointmes with the trainee because I was sickso by the time, so far I took my two first classes, then next month he charged me $again!! I asked him why? he said because it is a monthly fee, I was clear only one month!! anyways he said that I have to send a letter to the main office to cancel the contractThe, n next monthHe charged me another $105, because he said that they received my cancellation letter late and it was not certifiedMany excuses, I took the days of tranining that he offer me and that's allthat's why I request the extra money back which is $(Reg fee that he never mention to me from the first time), and the additional two months $210, for the total of $250. Please try to understand my complain, what they did to me it was not fearThey have been lied to me since the first timeThey take advantage of innocent people who trust them.Thank you and excuse my grammar, English is my second lenguage.Sincerely *** ***

back.  She later on that same phone call admitted she did receive a copy of her agreement but  that she lost her job and wanted all of her money back. We agreed, in good faith, to let her out of her contract while waiving her early termination fees and she filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have a signed copy of her agreement.  We've done everything to accomodate this client.
