Ordered textbooks @ Better Planet Books an online book store, you order books, give your credit information and personal address, etc. and they never ship you the books and take your money. They don't have a phone number or physical location on the website just a generic email address. This website is a rip-off and taking peoples money and it should be shut down before more people are victimized!!
