Better Properties

Review: I, Customer/property owner, paid Contractor, Better Properties aka Better Properties & Renovations (also affiliated with [redacted]) for roof replacement. Contractor did not pay the supplier. Contractor did not return calls to supplier. I made several attempts to speak to owner [redacted] but he would not call me back. I spoke to [redacted] and was told this was a clerical error and that the matter had been handled. Supplier has now put a lien on my property (customer of contractor/property owner)for the cost of the supplies + penalty + court costs/misc costs. Now I, the property owner, must now enlist legal counsel to fight this matter in courtDesired Settlement: Since I paid the contractor in good faith and timely, I want the Contractor to pay Supplier for the cost of supplies + penalties assessed property owner from supplier + court/misc costs assessed from supplier AND for contractor to pay my legal fees/court costs as well as any other assessments. I want Lien to be promptly removed from my property thru proper court procedure and for me to be adequately notified AND for my credit report/score status be returned to status before this lien was placed
