This company takes your money and doesn't deliver .I was told certain account was removed from my account I recently had my credit pulled they were still on my credit report. Wasted $400 and got NOTHING in returned. I was alerted by credit karma that the accounts that they claimed were removed were back on my report they told me that credit karma was not credible however when my credit was pulled recently and they were still on my credit report. Scam

I have since spoke to the president and resolved our issue

Review: I called and spoke with [redacted] from Better Qualified on January 19, 2015. The purpose was to find out about their program which helps individuals fix their credit. I gave him my credit card info so he can run and view my 3 credit bureau reports with me. He then asked that I make a payment to use their services; he explained I would be billed on monthly basis for a minimum of 6 months. I stated to [redacted] prior to committing to anything, I must first review the contract and after review, if interested I would contact him to discuss next steps. The contract was to be emailed to me within 2-3 days of conversation for review I never received the contract and never agreed to their services. However, without my authorization, Better Qualified charged me $125. I made several attempts to contact [redacted]. After my initial voicemail message letting him know my debit card was charged and I had not agreed to their services; a contract was then emailed however [redacted] did not contact me. I contacted [redacted] again, left him a message and sent a text message, letting him know I was not interested and expected a refund. I contacted him on two more occasions before he responded. When he responded, he advised me it would be taken care. To date, I have not received the credit to my card for a charge I did not authorize. I have the text messages, call history to support the above. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in rectifying this matter and ensuring I receive my refund.Desired Settlement: The unauthorized monies charged to my card refunded back to me.

Review: I enrolled in business credit building program with better qualified in feb 2015. I have spent over 2500.00 either directly to or through direction of them to vendors. They stated they would get my business established with [redacted] and help me obtain business credit in 6 to12 months. Upto this date there is no result at all from them. I have made several attempts to contact key people and have been ran in circles. I an now having to delay purchasing a home for my family due to the lack of results that better qualified has promised me. I Texted Rob W[redacted] and requested a refund of the money I have given them regarding the my business credit so I can utilize the services of a company that can perform for me and he has not responded to mt request I gave him 7 days 10 days ago to respond, with no responce. I am not a large company and 1500.00 is a lot of money to me to spend for no results as promisedDesired Settlement: Refund of money paid in regards to my business credit

There are 15 items to date that have been removed from his personal credit history - his business credit has had numerous experiences.Most importantly we need to see where the breakdown is regarding your contact with us. Review: Heard this company ad on the radio and decided to give it a chance.they said they was going to clean up your credit .heard all their reviews on the ad and I was happy that the ad had said 100% money back guarantee. I started the service with this company either March or April of last year paid this company over $1000 and they did not deliver on their end. it's going to be almost one year still have not received any service i'm the one doing all the reaching out to this company and to no avail anyone will get back to me .it's very frustrating called the company again yesterday told them i'm going to make a complaint to the Revdex.com.the person I spoke with he told them I was going to make a complaint to the Revdex.com.when he got back on the phone he assured me that someone will be in touch with me by the end of the day i'm still waiting on the call.Desired Settlement: the company said 100% money back I felt I paid for something I did not received and will like to take my business somewhere else.

A credit specialist has already spoken with the client and we are working together. Clients contract expired end of July 2015. There were numerous payments that were declined, however client did achieve good results on her credit file - 10 total deletions. We have no record of a call being received in this office yesterday and would welcome the name of who she spoke with.

Business finally contacted me today after I told them that the Revdex.com tried to contact them with no response from the company. Spoke with a Mr. D[redacted] still waiting on email from him. And a call back from him today at 4pm. So as far as I know nothing was resolved as yet. So they contacted you after I told them you had no response from their side.
