Better Roads and Drives

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Better Roads and Drives regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have heard from Joshua Y [redacted] the owner of Better Roads and Drives At this time he has offered to rip up the work he has done and redo my driveway and sent me a refund of only $1,toward the $3,he charged me The problem is I do not and never wanted an asphalt driveway which his company did when his brother came to say he was sealing itBetter Roads and Drives do not do cement So now I am not satisfied because for me to have my original driveway is going to cost me money that I do not haveI am in the process of getting estimates on having my driveway done to the original and I want Joshua Y [redacted] to give me my $3,back and call it a day This was a lesson learned on Never trust someone who knocks on your door offering a service In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Better Roads and Drives do not do cement.  So now I am not satisfied because for me to have my original driveway is going to cost me money that I do not have. I am in the process of getting estimates on having my driveway done to the original and I want Joshua Y[redacted] to give me my $3,500.00 back and call it a day . [redacted] resolved this complaint by removing the asphalt that was not acceptable and redid my driveway. Joshua did the work himself and made sure I was happy with the results before he left We worked together and he asked me if I needed to ask him anything as he was doing the job . I am glad to tell the Revdex.com that he was a man of his word My driveway looks very good now.[redacted]
