Review: Per our written contract the agreed price was: $ 4750 + plus plywood (etc.) which included replacing all of the plywood for my entire home. Per ([redacted]) the contractor who came out twice to measure our roof stated that 42 sheets were needed plus or minus 1 or 2 sheets for the entire home. When the old roof was removed, it was determined that I did not need to replace all of the plywood of my entire home and only needed to replace the plywood on the older section of my home. It was determined that the newer extensions where in good shape and only needed a small repair. Per my conversation with Debbie on the phone she stated you ordered 45 sheets, and the better roofs subcontractor ([redacted]) stated they sent back 15 sheets. Therefore, I am requesting a credit for the unused boards.
Other Line Item - Beam repair Charge of 50 Dollars that was unapproved and charged for. At the time [redacted] (sub-contractor) stated a beam broke and he needed to repair it. I asked to see the broken rafter and the repair, he stated the roof was already covered and I was unable to see the damage or the repair. I am requesting a credit for this Item and a revised statement mail to me. Once received and agreed upon a check will be mailed out immediately.Desired Settlement: a credit for 15 sheets of plywood at 38 a sheet = $570
and a credit for the unapproved repair of rafter = $50

Review: Roof is leaking, it has damaged the hallway floor and water logged the ceiling upstairs, the plaster had to be taken down, there is now a plastic bag covering the hole. They claim it is not leaking. [redacted] tells me there is only a hand full of water. Really? He goes back and tells them I would not let him on the roof, please tell me why he would say such a bold face lie. I want to fix this problem. I have taken pictures of all the water stains. This week I will be stapling paper to the ceiling in the attic to once and for all find the leak. Hopefully this company will fix this problem.Desired Settlement: Please fix this roof! Please,!

I spoke to the customer of Monday 7/21/15 and told her by the end of the week I would have 2 people there to identify the problem and she agreed.
