Better Rooter - Excellent, friendly, and experienced service. This fellow has cleaned drains all over Valpo for years and knew all about the problems on my particular street. He explained what had happened in my case (roots), where it happened in the line, and informed me of options to reduce future problems. His work is guaranteed but Iâm sure he fixed the problem. It was very nice to be working with a long-time Valpo person.

Dept of [redacted] response submitted 12/1/2015. Thank you for informing us of this concern. We believe this issue was resolved while this complaint was in process. There was a technical issue that caused Mr. [redacted]' coupon not to deduct during his initial purchase, we reapplied the coupon which would be valid on his next shopping trip, but this was not satisfactory to Mr. [redacted]. In lieu of this, he was mailed a gift card for $15 to reimburse him for his coupon and inconvenience. This was mailed directly to his home. We sincerely apologize to Mr. [redacted] that this promotion did not work as expected and we will make every effort to ensure this does not happen in the future.
