Better Than Before Remodel Repair and Restore/Siding and Trim

Better than Before failed to pay the carpet cleaning fee included in the estimate Better than Before was hired to complete a siding job on my house that included inside water damageAfter waiting almost two months for the siding job to be complete, the owner never paid the carpet cleaning company in order for the water damaged carpet to be cleaned I paid Better than Before the entire balance which included a $fee for the carpet I've contacted Better than Before on several occasions in order to resolve the issue however no response has been receivedI was forced to pay the entire balance myself, basically paying for the job twice I used to carpet company he referred to in the estimate so it shouldn't have been an issue paying someone that you trust/recommended

It's so hard to find professionals in the remodeling industry these days,they all seem to say no problem until they start and then the games begin! NOT THESE GUYS, they do what they say and no funny business! I needed a complete first floor tear out and replaced with hardwood floors that had to be done in hours so our store could reopen after Christmas! Guess What? We reopened on time and the job was better than anyone could have expected..I can tell you this, [redacted] and all the guys at Better than Before repair are the ones you want without a doubt! New roof but leakes from not installing ridge ventsiding removed and not replacedBroken window from them dropping shingles into it
I recieved a quote from Brian L*** to replace my garage roof replace and paint my fascia on the garage and install a ridge ventit came out to $4,I paid half upfront by check 08/18/$2,Uppon arriving 08/21/the workers broke one of my living room windows by dropping a bundle of shingles off the roofBrian L*** assured me that he would cover the window at no expence to meBrian later said he had miscalculated the aeria of the roof and cost of the ridge ventHe needed the remainder of the money to by materials and an extra $1,I was leaving out of town for work and unfortunately trusted him to finish the jobI know that mistakes can happen and fealing sympathyI gave him a check on 08/25/for $3,as I was leavingWhen I got back from work he had left immediatly after I paid himNo ridge vent was installed there

Refusing to get fix a list of items that were improperly installed during a remodeling project
Work completed on remodeling job in late April On May sent an email requesting them to fix list of items two cabinet doors that were installed to open in the wrong direction,leaking sink in kitchen,cracks in sheet rock,the use of two different kinds of white paint on the ceiling,loose floor tiles in the kitchen,and caulking that was need in area of the kitchen.The company scheduled the repairs for MAY but did not comeThe company then said May 26thThey came and did the repaired the ceiling that had different color paint, the leaking sink and looses tile on the floor but said the cabinet doors were in the process of being orderedWe are still waiting for the cabinet doors to be installed, the company has been notified that more tile on the kitchen floor has come loose, the bathtub will not hold water and there are area of caulking to be doneWe have called timestexted,sen

The information provided is incorrect. When I called to ask for an estimate of some damage, they returned my called saying they had moved from Monroe NC and do no longer provide service to my area. They said they are in the process of updating their on-line information. Provided just so that other potential customers with emergency needs will be aware of this change.
