Better Way Insurance Services

Review: Poor customer service. Cancelled insurance when credit card payment failed. No phone call, no email, nothing sent certified mail. They said they sent something out by standard mail delivery, which we never received. Credit Card failed when Chase issued new Credit / Debit Cards with Chips. We did not know that Chase had cancelled the old credit card, and they do not wait until you activate a new one. My wife only found out the card had been cancelled when she went to make a purchase and it was declined, she had not received a new one by mail, and had to go into a branch to get one. Although I take issue with [redacted] and their process, my complaint is with the Insurance company. They did not value me enough as a customer to make sure that I had been contacted regarding pending cancellation of insurance, and cancelled my insurance. I had to find out when my daughter was in an accident and contacted them. I made numerous requests to speak with a supervisor, and no one ever returned my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to honor the claim that we submitted for my daughters accident. I would like for a supervisor to call me. This will be the first time I have ever filed a complaint against an insurance company. I would like them to be more accountable to their customers and appreciate their business. To simply say, that we sent you something in the mail, is not good customer service, in fact, it is extremely poor customer service.
