BWC was able to locate a vendor for the customer's accidentHowever it did take a little bit of time to find one willing to respond to an accident(Accident response is not our typical service and normally capped at $100.) The police dispatched the same vendor, who then refused to take our
paymentThe customer was told to file for reimbursementHe sent the original paper work on the same dayOn 7/6/2015, after the holiday weekend, I discovered I did not have a copy of the receipt so I contacted the customer to resubmit a copy of itWhich I received and thus began the standard 4-week processOn 7/14/I received confirmation that the reimbursement had been approved for $and the check would be mailed in the next batchOn 7/the customer contacted us regarding the status of the claimI confirmed with our partner that everything was in line and the customer should see the check any dayInformally, we allow two weeks to pass before we issue a stop payment and reissue the check to allow the USPS to deliver the mailOn 8/6/the customer contacted us again to let us know the check never arrivedThe original check was cancelled and scheduled to be reissuedOn 8/our partner authorized me to write the customer the check directly to avoid another problemOn 8/14/a check in the amount of $was reissued and I personally placed the envelope in the mailboxI expect the customer has received the check by nowIf not, I would really like to know

I want to make BWC aware that I should of received a full refund for my membership as well for this huge inconvenience and for not being able to provide me a service that I paid for when I needed it.
